Physiotherapy

PHYSIOTHERAPY

Move better. Recover stronger. Return to what matters.

Physiotherapy at HES Collaborative Health provides individualized assessment and treatment to help reduce pain, restore movement and function, recover from injury, and support a safe return to work, sport, and everyday activities.

Physiotherapy built around your movement, function, and goals.

Physiotherapy begins with understanding how pain, injury, or changes in movement are affecting your daily life. Your physiotherapist will assess your mobility, strength, function, and other factors relevant to your condition and goals.

Your treatment plan may combine hands-on care, therapeutic exercise, education, movement retraining, and other evidence-informed approaches. Treatment is adjusted over time according to your progress and individual needs.
