Build your practice in a collaborative healthcare environment.
At HES Collaborative Health, we are building a team defined not only by professional qualifications, but by how we care for patients and how we work with one another.
We welcome inquiries from qualified healthcare professionals who value clinical excellence, professional integrity, patient-centred care, and meaningful collaboration.
Strong practitioners. Good colleagues. Shared standards.
Professional qualifications are essential, but they are only one part of what makes someone a good fit for HES.
We are looking for practitioners who are knowledgeable and committed to their profession while also being ethical, dependable, respectful, communicative, and willing to contribute positively to a multidisciplinary clinical environment.
Clinical
EXCELLENCE
Practitioners should hold the education, professional registration or licensure, and other requirements applicable to their profession and scope of practice.
We value additional certifications, advanced training, areas of special interest, and an ongoing commitment to professional development.
Professional
INTEGRITY
Ethical practice is fundamental at HES. Practitioners are expected to respect patient confidentiality and informed consent, maintain appropriate professional boundaries, practise within their professional scope, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and uphold the ethical and regulatory standards of their profession.
Patient-centred
CARE
We expect every patient interaction to be approached with respect, patience, and a genuine willingness to help.
Concerns should be listened to carefully and addressed constructively, with the goal of finding an appropriate solution while maintaining professional, ethical, and clinical standards.
Collaboration
Hes
was created around the belief that healthcare can be stronger when different professionals are able to communicate and collaborate.
Practitioners should be confident working independently within their own professional scope while also being willing to communicate with other members of the clinical team when appropriate and permitted, particularly when another professional perspective may support a patient’s care.
Collaboration at HES is intended to support the patient—not to create unnecessary referrals or services.
The patient experience is shaped by every interaction.
Clinical knowledge matters, but so do reliability, communication, organization, and respect for other people’s time.
We expect HES practitioners to manage their schedules responsibly, arrive prepared, and begin appointments on time whenever reasonably possible.
Clear and respectful communication is equally important. Practitioners are expected to communicate appropriately with patients, colleagues, administrative staff, and clinic management and to address unexpected delays or scheduling issues promptly.
We value professionals who are accountable, receptive to appropriate feedback, consistent in following clinic procedures, and committed to contributing to a calm, respectful, and supportive clinical environment.
A professional environment designed for connected care.
Collaborative
ENVIRONMENT
Work alongside healthcare professionals from different disciplines while maintaining the independence and professional judgment of your own practice.
Professional Clinical
SETTING
Hes
has been thoughtfully developed as a multidisciplinary healthcare environment designed around patient care, practitioner workflow, and a positive clinical experience.
Integrated Clinic
SYSTEMS

Previous experience with Jane is welcome but not required. Practitioners who are new to the platform should be comfortable learning and using the clinic’s systems.

Specific arrangements are discussed with candidates based on the position and practice arrangement.
Convenient Location &
